International Payroll Analyst

Job Summary
Support the international payroll team with daily tasks including balancing reports, communicating with vendors, and submitting input requests. Perform payroll transactions such as data entry, mass uploads, and processing jobs while reviewing, analyzing, and reconciling payroll data to identify errors. Handle complex and sensitive requests by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring employees receive payments on schedule within strict SLAs. Manage year-end activities and validate incoming data to ensure error-free processing aligned with statutory compliance. Escalate issues as appropriate to maintain quality service levels.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Compliance / HMRC legislation
- CIPP qualified to at least level 3 (Foundation Degree Access Course)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of International payroll and/or pension experience within the UK and Canada
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of Workday, Ceridian (Dayforce) / SDWorx
- A sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution and an ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- UK and Canada payroll experience
- CIPP Qualified
