Job Summary
International Operations Specialist at International SOS facilitates critical care and security support by serving as the liaison between beneficiaries and global medical/security teams. Responsibilities include coordinating medical appointments and authorising treatments, managing policy claims, and communicating logistics worldwide. The role requires empathetic, multilingual communication (Italian, French, English), strong organization, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely, high-quality care. Location is Milan with staggered shifts; full training provided and July start date. Required Qualifications
- Degree level (preferred) in healthcare, world politics, or international security or related field
- Excellent written and spoken Italian, French, and English
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Customer service experience desirable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Understanding of data protection and privacy considerations
