International Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Manage client, customs, and agent relationships to ensure efficient global cargo movement. Prepare export, import, and customs clearance documentation while tracking and tracing shipments for proper delivery. Provide accurate billing information to the accounting department and communicate with customers regarding freight disposition, routing, dispatching, and rate quotations. Coordinate with internal branches and external agents to maintain customer satisfaction and identify the most profitable shipment modes. Requires a bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field with at least three years of experience in freight operations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations management
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, freight operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
