Job Summary
Manage daily international operations and organizational management for the station, recruiting and developing staff to meet client expectations and expand business levels in global product lines. Support key account operations to ensure service execution and reliability while actively engaging with clients to develop revenue. Collaborate with overseas AIT offices and partners to promote strategic corporate goals, working with global product teams and core carriers to improve margins. Initiate dialogues with key decision makers to promote AIT's customer solutions, deliver exceptional service, and ensure the international team meets all corporate KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- 7 – 10 years' Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Negotiation and Procurement skills
- Operational and P&L management of global products and services
- Ability to manage service execution at a high-performance level
- Teaching and mentoring in a broad global environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding P&L objectives in a high-performance organization
- Minimum of seven years of freight forwarding experience, with large scale air freight and ocean freight operational background
- Minimum of 3 years multi station P&L experience
- Experience with diversified freight forwarding products including logistics and international product lines
- Previous experience in negotiating and executing Freight Forwarding Carrier Agreements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of freight forwarding experience, with large scale air freight and ocean freight operational background desired
