Job Summary
The International Operations Coordinator supports the continent operations team in partner support and onboarding, ensuring hospitality and service standards. Responsibilities include operational onboarding support to Home Management Companies (HMC), coordinating 45-, 90-, and 150-day check-ins for new onboarded HMCs, facilitating EID creation and system access troubleshooting, tracking home curations and forecasted unit additions, assisting account management to improve ITR performance at red zone HMCs, maintaining the global market database for new location entries, and handling partner inquiries via the HVMB Trainer mailbox. The role requires a 3-year degree in Business Administration or Hotel and Restaurant Management with 1+ year of relevant experience, strong project management and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a service-oriented mindset. Required Qualifications
- 3-year degree from an accredited university/college in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management
- 1 or more years experience in the business, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area

- Attention to detail and highly organized
