Job Summary
Oversee assigned operational tasks for the setup and funding of new accounts, while identifying, creating, and developing documentation for the group. Support business growth through various projects by following firm policies, performing due diligence on account information, and recommending process improvements. Properly handle sensitive documents, identify elevations, and route them appropriately. Maintain a sense of urgency, prioritize deadlines, and navigate ambiguity within a team-based, open office environment under direct supervision. This role serves as a global liaison between Canadian custodians, clients, Investment Counselors, and Outside Sales to provide unparalleled service.
