Job Summary
Conduct on-air presentations for news, interviews, and features while moderating discussions to uphold journalistic standards. Research topics, review materials, and prepare for segments to ensure accurate coverage of breaking news and special stories. Collaborate with producers and editors to develop content concepts and interview questions. Write up interviews, voice broadcast material, and edit or approve copy for inclusion in assigned stories. Adapt and translate English content into Spanish and vice versa for distribution. Represent the organization at public events and broadcasts as assigned. Meet OCB productivity standards and deadlines while contributing to workflow improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in target language (written, spoken)
- Deep knowledge of the target area
- Ability to adapt stories into English as assigned
