Job Summary
International Mobility Inbound Specialist responsible for managing inbound relocations for international assignees and new joiners, coordinating local logistics, immigration/work-permit documentation, onboarding, and related administrative activities; collaborates with HR partners and relocation agents, overseeing local logistics, tax issues, and contract issuance to ensure compliant, smooth transitions and alignment with local laws; contributes to mobility strategy, secondment arrangements, shadow payroll, and localization efforts; supports pre-boarding with incoming employees and liaises with payroll and HR admin for position management and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in HR, Psychology, Law or Business Administration.
