Job Summary
Manage inbound international mobilizations by coordinating logistics, immigration, and contractual documentation for new joiners, transfers, and assignees. Oversee local legal compliance for work permits and issue pre-assignment visits, medical checks, and government registrations. Liaise with HR Business Partners, payroll teams, and external relocation agents to ensure smooth transitions and optimize mobility arrangements. Organize local onboarding meetings and provide feedback on policy changes to the IM Group.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in HR, Psychology, Law or Business Administration
- 2+ years of experience in HR or payroll administration within a global environment
- Good knowledge of local labour law, tax and immigration legislation
- Good English level
