International Medical Affairs Head, CRM

Head of International Medical Affairs (IMA) CRM responsible for medical/scientific leadership across priority markets, shaping launch readiness and Life Cycle Management for CRM portfolios. Leads integrated medical plans and strategy, including MS L/field medical affairs, medical education programs, and input into scientific publication planning. Ensures a single cohesive medical voice across regions, aligns regional and priority country perspectives with organizational objectives, and drives evidence generation and launch excellence through IEP planning and execution. Builds external relationships with KOLs, patient associations, professional societies, and payors, and leads a high-performing MA team with focus on talent development and strategic initiatives. Strong emphasis on launch readiness, access strategies, and cross-functional collaboration with Value & Access, Commercial Launch Strategy, and other MA stakeholders. Country Head level experience with direct P&L responsibility is preferred. Global, multi-country experience and credibility in external representation of Novartis Medical Affairs with KOLs and societies are desired.
