Oversee security personnel at client sites, ensuring post orders are followed, required rounds completed, and timely reports filed. Coach and discipline staff, train officers, assist with payroll submissions, ensure adequate post coverage, and coordinate with management and client representatives to meet security requirements and deliver quality customer service. May supervise duties including interviewing, orienting, training, directing work, appraising performance, and hiring/termination recommendations. Conduct post inspections, prepare routine logs and reports, and maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various sites and maintain professional composure under stress.
