Job Summary
Execute maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, commissioning, and other services on board vessels while following safety procedures and reporting incidents. Travel internationally for service jobs, sail with the vessel if needed, and prepare work based on standard operating procedures. Communicate with customers in English, document work and conclusions, and provide advice before obtaining signed service reports. Submit daily progress updates, time sheets, and expense reports to the Technical Specialist and Global Coordinator.
Required Qualifications
- Marine Engineering background
- good hands-on electrical skills
- Minimum 2 years of marine, vessels, commissioning experience for comparable installations
- Fluent in English
- Travel to service jobs on board vessels, including international travel
- Sail with the vessel if needed
