Job Summary
Coordinate domestic and international shipments of materials, equipment, and components to support production and project execution at the Mills, WY office. Manage freight logistics, customs documentation, import/export compliance, and supplier expediting to ensure timely material arrival and regulatory adherence. Utilize ERP systems and shipment tracking software while maintaining strong communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders. Maintain professionalism with high attention to detail, reliability, and accuracy in all work deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes, freight coordination, and logistics operations (Ocean, Air, Rail, Truck and Multimodal Transportation)
- Familiarity with import/export documentation, customs compliance requirements, Trade Compliance and Incoterms
- Experience using Harmonized System (HS Codes)
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting critical deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using ERP systems and shipment tracking software
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Maintain professionalism with high attention to detail, reliability, accountability, and accuracy in all work deliverables

- Be a valid U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States
