International Lead - Split Shift

Job Summary
The International Fulfillment Lead oversees end-to-end fulfillment for international retail and wholesale orders, leading daily warehouse activities (picking, packing, palletizing, and documentation) with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Responsibilities include guiding and motivating the shipping team to ensure smooth internal and external operations, coordinating with Distribution/Warehouse Supervisors and planning teams, filling in for leads when needed, planning work schedules and line-ups, training new associates, performing quality audits and non-conforming material handling, maintaining paperwork, and ensuring timely communication across departments to deliver an excellent customer experience. The role operates on a split shift (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM) at the Reeseville, WI location with potential overtime and weekend work, and requires adherence to OSHA safety standards and safe use of material handling equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience preferred
- Must get certified to operate all power equipment within 60 days
- Shipping and Warehouse experience preferred
- Experience in a Shipping Department preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment beneficial
