International IT Security Compliance Analyst (Vienna, Austria)

Job Summary
Support the organization's information security compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, customer requirements, and industry frameworks. Execute compliance activities, support audits, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and reduce security and compliance risks. Implement, operate, and maintain system and process controls aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, and SOC 2. Assist with preparing and supporting internal and external audits, including evidence collection and remediation tracking. Monitor regulatory changes and evaluate their impact on the organization. Up to 10% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in information security, compliance, audit, or risk management
- Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS)
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Up to 10% travel required
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant internships or entry-level experience in compliance or IT security
- Experience supporting audits or compliance assessments
- Familiarity with ISMS concepts and risk management practices
- Exposure to AI governance and compliance
- Professional IT security certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CCPA, or similar
