International Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues via telephone and email while handling transaction management, record keeping, and relationship building. Generate quotations for products, process orders for manufacture and shipments daily, and follow up on outstanding quotes to secure purchase orders. Analyze customer activity and historical data to adjust stock levels, maintain inventory, and coordinate with district sales managers on order shortfalls. Develop and monitor strategic sales plans for foreign markets, conduct market surveys, and prepare export declarations and compliance documents for international customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associate degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong basic math skills
- Attention to accuracy
- Proficiency with standard office equipment (calculator, telephone, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs such as outlook & excel
- Bilingual capability including English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
