Job Summary
Resolve customer requests through various communication channels and provide specialty product quotes and pricing updates to international clients. Secure necessary documentation for international destinations and facilitate freight transfers to carriers while communicating movement activities between locations. Research discrepancies, resolve issues, and make recommendations for modifications to address operational needs. Track and monitor reports and documentation from customers and facilities to ensure accurate freight movement outside U.S. borders.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior customer service or sales experience
- Knowledge of logistics services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
