Job Summary
Supervise and train International Flight Clearance Coordinators and Operations Assistants by executing a training program, maintaining records, and performing quality assurance audits. Ensure the accuracy of permit information provided by the team while managing the International Flight Clearance Coordinator desk when staffing dictates. Maintain the position handbook and assist the Manager in maintaining route databases, Foreign Operating Permits, seasonal approvals, and the slot database. Facilitate the flow of accurate information between the flight following department and clearance operations. Requires high school graduation with some college, extensive permit coordinator experience, and excellent knowledge of world geography and diplomatic clearance issues.

- extensive experience as a permit coordinator or equivalent

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a flight dispatch center
- Supervisory experience
- FAA Dispatcher's license
