International Field Service Technician (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Conduct maintenance, calibration, repairs, and technical service on measurement systems while installing, setting up, and commissioning new equipment at customer sites. Provide technical consulting and user training, acting as the primary technical contact to build long-term relationships across Europe and select global regions. Manage service reporting, documentation, data management, scheduling, and customer communication during approximately 30% of office-based work at the Martinsried location. Travel 3 to 4 days per week, with occasional projects lasting up to two weeks, to support international client assignments. Requires electronics or mechatronics vocational training, Class B driver's license, and high willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification
- Valid Class B driver's license
- High willingness to travel
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally, initial experience in technical field service or customer support
- Ideally based in the Munich, Augsburg, or surrounding area
