Job Summary
International Customer Support Specialist responsible for delivering omnichannel consumer and technical support for Vendasta's AI-powered platform. Responsibilities include serving as the primary touchpoint across phone, email, chat, and video, integrating approved AI tools to reduce resolution times, maintaining and updating internal and customer-facing documentation, gathering customer feedback, tracking KPIs such as CSAT and first response time, and participating in sprint reviews. Requires 1–2 years in customer service or related field, strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with Zendesk or Intercom, basic understanding of AI-driven workflows, and ability to troubleshoot and communicate solutions effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, support, or related field
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency with customer support platforms such as Zendesk or Intercom
- basic understanding of AI-driven workflows and familiarity with AI-powered assistance tools
- ability to translate complex technical platform issues into clear, actionable solutions for customers
- experience in SaaS or fast-paced technology environments
- ability to triage tickets based on severity and time sensitivity
- strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- experience conducting troubleshooting via screen-sharing and escalation as needed
