Job Summary
International Customer Service Specialist responsible for supporting international distributors through contract administration, order fulfillment, and problem resolution. Coordinates with internal teams including sales, regulatory, quality, distribution, and global trade partners; acts as a technical resource for colleagues and projects; maintains reporting tools and metrics; ensures adherence to service levels and customer agreements; prepares export documentation; builds out intermodal and overseas transport containers; provides product support to customers and sales representatives; trains and mentors colleagues; collaborates with Supply Chain, Distribution, and Sales to manage order fulfillment and escalation; location-based duties include processing orders and shipments per customer specifications and ensuring proper action on inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Successful working experience in a customer service role
- Experience in international order fulfillment and export documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of ERP systems (preferred Great Plains, Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high output
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills
- Understanding of and experience in a customer service position serving business-to-business customers; manufacturing environment preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed
