International Consumer Legal Team Lawyer - Associate / Assistant Vice President

Associate/AVP level role in the International Consumer Legal Team focusing on UK retail investment products and regulatory matters. You will draft client documentation (including updates to general T&Cs and marketing materials), interpret laws and regulations, advise on regulatory changes, manage relationships with external counsel, liaise with business stakeholders, and oversee documents and governance materials. You will collaborate across functions to align legal project goals, support product development, handle client complaints and investigations (e.g., FOS), and apply FCA Handbook Rules (including CASS and client money rules) to UK retail financial services matters. A Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with strong UK regulatory knowledge and experience advising on UK retail client matters is required.
