Job Summary
Daily Banking Specialist in International Consumer Banking responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service via phone and chat across everyday banking issues, guiding customers on product usage, and performing technical troubleshooting. Responsibilities include processing disputes, identifying and resolving complaints within service levels, and maintaining regulatory compliance while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Required skills include clear problem-solving, independent judgment, prioritization, ownership of customer experiences, and proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office. Fresh graduates welcome; experience with UK clients is a plus. The role emphasizes handling inquiries through multiple channels to support being the Number One bank in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Abide by regulatory and department practices and procedures
- Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
- Create appropriate decisions on behalf of the customer quickly and effectively
- Prioritize work effectively to ensure efficiency and the ability to think critically
- Engage actively and take ownership of each customer experience, providing appropriate solutions
- Knowledgeable on Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Tools
- Possesses a business owner mindset and applies the same in their role
- Completed at least 2 years in college or, Completed the K-12 Curriculum or, High school graduate with 1 year customer-interfacing work experience or, Completed a 2-year vocational/certificate course with 1 year customer-interfacing work experience
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to submit their applications
- Experience handling UK clients/customers is a huge plus
- Proactive and tireless in pursuing changes that will benefit customers, colleagues or both
