Job Summary
Oversee the business area's operational risk and control environment, ensuring effective risk identification, assessment, and the development of creative solutions to manage risks. Partner with diverse teams to identify challenges in product design, act as an independent advisor on new initiatives, and lead control framework improvements. Provide governance support for audits, business reviews, and ongoing control programs including metrics development and issue management. Ensure compliance with operational risk standards while collaborating on cross-departmental awareness and training initiatives.
