International Consultant to provide capacity building on strategic communication and social media, public speaking and media presence, and personal branding (multiple positions)

Develop learning modules on strategic communication, social media, public speaking, and personal branding for women MPs, mayors, and executives. Deliver up to six training sessions using practical formats like media simulations and on-camera exercises, including pre- and post-training assessments. Coordinate with UN Women and local consultants to ensure alignment with international standards and best practices in political communication and adult learning. Submit a final report summarizing lessons learned, challenges, and recommendations for future capacity-building opportunities. Complete the assignment within a 12-month period with possible extension, reporting to the Programme Specialist on Women in Leadership.
