Job Summary

Develop experiential training modules on negotiation, mediation, and conflict management using simulations, role-plays, and case studies. Deliver up to six training sessions for senior women leaders, including MPs, mayors, and executives, while designing pre- and post-training assessments. Collaborate closely with the UN Women team to report on progress and ensure alignment with international standards and best practices in adult learning. Compile a final report summarizing lessons learned, challenges, and recommendations for future capacity-building initiatives within a 12-month period.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent in International Relations, Law, Political Science, Conflict Resolution, Public Administration, Psychology, or other related field
  • A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience
  • Certification in negotiation, mediation or conflict resolution (or accreditation as mediator)
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in designing and delivering experiential training programmes on negotiation, mediation and/or conflict management for senior officials, parliamentarians, diplomats or executives
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of simulations, role-plays and case-based methodologies for executive-level audiences
  • Experience in political, institutional or multilateral negotiation settings (e.g. parliaments, governments, EU institutions, international organizations)
