International Consultant - PPO Cooperating Partners Management

Job Summary
Conduct Cooperating Partner Management cycle activities including partner selection, payments processing, contracting, and risk management. Review Field Level Agreement budgets for accuracy and cost containment, ensuring compliance with WFP guidelines and corporate systems. Coordinate weekly and monthly situation reports, analyze Project Review Committee ratings, and manage MoU closures for resource transfers. Supervise a small team by coaching staff, delivering training, and acting as the first escalation point for complex queries. Contribute to budget plans for under-performing partners and support the digitalization of partnership management tools.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced university degree or first level university degree with additional relevant work experiences
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Windows MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Behavioural competencies such as Action Management, Client Orientation, Cognitive Capacity, Innovation, Partnering and Teamwork
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to the international arena either by direct work for an international institution/organization; or, if working for a national entity, by way of interacting with international stakeholders
- Willingness to be mobile
