Job Summary
International Client Success Manager leads post-sales enablement and cross-market alignment to drive proactive commercial growth. Responsible for establishing best practices, providing data-driven insights, and developing dashboards to demonstrate ROI to brand partners. Collaborates across Pre-Sales and Post-Sales, harmonizes service standards, and identifies upsell/cross-sell opportunities within post-sales data. Requires several years in Strategic Client Success, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or B2B Consulting in Retail Media, AdTech, or Digital Marketing; strong framework development, cross-functional coordination, and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in Strategic Client Success, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or B2B Consulting within Retail Media, AdTech, or Digital Marketing
- Demonstrated ability to enable local teams with data-driven insights and standardized reporting
- Strong capability in framework development and cross-functional alignment (Pre-Sales and Post-Sales)
- Commercial acumen to identify upsell opportunities within performance reporting and to design scalable processes to capture them
- Data and systems proficiency including dashboards and standardized reporting toolsets
- Matrix leadership experience coordinating across Sales, Operations, and local country teams within a matrix organization
- Fluency in English; German not required
