International Client Service Associate - Bilingual English/Spanish

Job Summary
Provide service coverage for Financial Advisor teams by executing money movement transactions, answering non-investment account questions, and pre-filling account documentation. Cultivate client relationships through inbound and outbound calls, manage calendars and travel itineraries, and support marketing strategy initiatives. Maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures while participating in firm training and special projects. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and two years of industry experience. Based in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with Business Service Officers to deliver exceptional client service aligned with Morgan Stanley's values of putting clients first.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish & English
- Detail orientated with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills
- Strong time management skills

- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of industry experience preferred
- Experience with BSA/AML Regulations within the financial services industry preferred
- Experience focused on examining potential clients' source of wealth during the client onboarding process preferred
- College degree preferred
- Industry experience is a plus
