Job Summary
Design the executive coaching framework and methodology for the Academy for Women in Public Leadership, aligned with ICF standards and ethics. Deliver individual and group coaching sessions to up to 30 women MPs, mayors, and senior government officials, focusing on strengths-based development, resilience, and purpose. Facilitate leadership circles to foster peer learning and collective reflection among participants. Develop a final report summarizing aggregate progress, lessons learned, and recommendations for embedding coaching in future cycles. Report to the Programme Specialist within UN Women Moldova. The assignment spans 12 months and includes optional strengths-based assessments and progress-tracking tools.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, or other related field
- A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience
- Professional coaching certification, such as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential at PCC or MCC level, or equivalent recognized certification (e.g. EMCC Senior Practitioner, Certified Professional Coach, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach)
Desired Qualifications
- Executive coaching training from an internationally recognized business school or accredited coaching program
