Job Summary
International Business Manager based in Philadelphia to partner with the VP of International Markets and drive Stateside Brands’ global expansion. Lead cross-functional coordination, support market launches (Canada and Caribbean), coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, and external partners, refine go-to-market strategies, manage international brokers/distributors/importers, track KPIs, and support trade marketing and brand initiatives across regions. Requires multi-functional collaboration, initiative, and strong project management in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of commercial, sales, or marketing experience in beverage alcohol, RTD, or broader CPG, preferably with international exposure
- Experience working across multiple functions and understanding how sales, marketing, and finance connect
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, follow through, and drive execution independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of ownership
- Proven commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Strong skills in MS Office
- International experience strongly preferred; additional language skills are a plus
