International Business Manager

Partner closely with the VP of International Markets to execute global expansion strategies and bring international plans to life. Support the development and rollout of all new markets, including Canada and Caribbean regions, ensuring alignment across all functions. Act as a central point of coordination for international affairs across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and external partners. Manage communication and follow-ups across internal and external stakeholders to ensure initiatives stay on track. Assist in building and refining international go-to-market strategies, adding detail and executional support to high-level plans. Work with international brokers, distributors, importers and other partners to support market execution and performance. Oversee reporting and track key performance metrics across international markets. Support trade marketing and brand initiatives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across regions. Identify gaps, solve problems proactively, and drive progress across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
