Job Summary
International Business Manager at Domino’s oversees the global relationship with Master Franchisees across an assigned portfolio, delivering annual budget targets for net store openings and same-store sales growth, ensuring MFA compliance, and coordinating with COEs to influence franchise performance. The role involves driving portfolio objectives through market-specific business planning, developing insights from data, and leading cross-functional collaboration with COEs and franchisees, while ensuring brand standards, food safety alignment, and strategic initiatives. Requires extensive experience in multi-unit environments, strong financial interpretation, stakeholder management, and travel up to 50%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
- 7-10 years of work experience in a regional or multinational organization
- Experience in a multi-unit environment, knowledge of retail, F&B, consulting, or QSR Industry
- Problem-solving skills to navigate complex business challenges and market contexts
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements; strong analytical skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Proven ability to build solid relationships and work effectively with others at all levels
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, including public speaking
- Self-starter with the ability to drive multiple workstreams
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to achieve target results for customer group or franchise partner(s)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and influencing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Multilingual/Multicultural skills preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% (overnight travel required)
