Job Summary
Teach a four-week in-person international business management course for ESL students in Toronto, delivering content on topics such as international trade, logistics, and financial management; use a SMART board and digital curriculum; administer quizzes and assessments; design and monitor a real-world project; host guest speakers; arrange external visits to business offices; manage attendance and LMS; submit timesheets and follow Employee Handbook policies; collaborate with a diverse cohort and employ technology to enhance lessons.
Required Qualifications
- TESL diploma recognized by Languages Canada (TESL Canada Level 1, TESL Ontario, CELTA, or equivalent)
- Undergraduate degree
- Desirable: Professional business or business management experience (e.g. marketing, finance, trade, etc.)
- Degree or diploma in business or applicable field
- Business management teaching experience at the post-secondary level
