Job Summary
Build and energize a global network of distributors across multiple markets while identifying new international clients and strategic partners. Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation through negotiation to signed contract, unlocking sustainable commercial opportunities in both new and existing territories. Support partners in executing local commercial strategies, coordinate logistics and customs for export operations, and represent the brand at international trade fairs and industry events. Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and education teams to align efforts with group goals. Requires 2-3+ years of sales experience on national or export markets with full professional English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years driving sales on national or export markets with proven results
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong ability to build trust across teams, cultures, and geographies
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite for reporting and collaboration
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with international markets and cross-border business development
- Background in beauty and sensorial sales or premium/prestige brands
- Experience both in-house and on the distribution side of partnerships
