Job Summary
International Business Development Manager responsible for driving Maria Nila's global expansion by identifying new markets, developing distributor relationships, and leading the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contracts. Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and education teams to coordinate export operations, logistics, and participation in international trade fairs. Build and energize a network of distributors across multiple markets, monitor performance, and ensure partnerships align with company goals. The role requires developing new international clients and strategic partners, negotiation, and growing presence in prestige retail while delivering KPI-driven results. Strong emphasis on building trust across teams, cross-cultural communication, and the ability to manage complex export processes. Proficiency in English and experience with international markets are essential, along with a background in beauty/sensorial sales and comfort with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years driving sales on a national or export market
- Experience working with international markets
- A background in beauty and sensorial sales
- Experience both in-house and on the distribution side
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across teams
- Comfort working with the Microsoft suite
