Job Summary
International Brand Manager to develop and deliver brand and marketing plans for the UKI and German markets, translating international brand strategy into effective local campaigns, activations and customer plans. You will work closely with Sales to drive customer growth, improve category performance and retailer engagement, build activation plans, manage external agencies, analyze market data and KPIs, and contribute to product portfolio development and launches. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, requires budget management and cross-functional collaboration, and emphasizes initiative, pragmatism and accountability in a lean, international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in brand management, shopper marketing, customer marketing or similar role
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or fast-paced commercial environment (preferred)
- Ability to translate brand strategy into commercial performance and budgets
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn performance data into actionable insights
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, timelines and multiple stakeholders
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Category Development, Activation, Finance
- Willingness to take ownership, act with urgency and follow through on commitments
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at different levels
- Curiosity and proactive use of AI tools to improve efficiency and output
