International Benefits Knowledge Integration Manager – Vice President

Job Summary
Lead the integration and dissemination of benefits knowledge across global channels by distilling complex plan documents, regulatory requirements, and global policies into structured, employee-facing content. Collaborate with Human Resources Communications and Employee Experience teams and with enrollment/eligibility vendors to ensure accurate, consistent benefits information across all touchpoints and platforms. Create and maintain a centralized repository for benefit program details, tailor content for regional languages, measure usability to reduce inquiries, and represent the Benefits team in cross-functional planning to ensure the benefits perspective informs new tools and platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Solid experience in corporate benefits or benefits consulting including working across locations or regions
- Deep experience in global health, welfare, and retirement programs
- Ability to organize vast amounts of program data into a structured format
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Exceptional attention to detail, specifically regarding version control and the accuracy of technical data across multiple digital surfaces
