Job Summary
Conduct international background checks for applicants across 245 countries, verifying employment, education, criminal records, credit, and professional licensing via phone, mail, and email. Follow up on research requests with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely turnaround and high-quality results. Collaborate with coordinators to maintain client satisfaction and support the establishment of international vendor search procedures. Uphold corporate security policies to safeguard client and corporate data. This full-time, on-site role in Warminster, PA requires a 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM shift and pays $16.00/hr. Fluency in French or another language is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in French or another language besides English preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects
- Excellent prioritization, research and time management skills with the ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain confidential and time sensitive information
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate the needs of international vendors and clients
- Willingness and ability to utilize international education and experiences on a daily basis
- Available for the 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, or 8:00 AM - 4:00PM shift
- All candidates are subject to a drug test and a background screening
Desired Qualifications
- Fluently speak and read/translate for business purposes in a language besides English
- Bilingual candidates are strongly desired, especially those with proficiency in French
- Those without language capabilities will be considered as well
