Coordinate and administer all components of international relocations for assignees and clients, including initial consultations, policy reviews, and arranging moving, immigration, and tax counseling services. Act as the single point of coordination from service initiation to completion, managing the caseload and assisting with provider network development. Identify customer service requirements to ensure satisfaction and maintain communication regarding repatriation plans. Review current services to determine effectiveness and price-competitiveness while ensuring compliance with account move policies. Requires 3-5 years of international relocation experience and a degree in business or related field. Salary ranges from $58,000 to $60,000 depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business or related field or equivalent relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience in International relocation
- Understanding of the complexities of international relocations (visa, taxing, etc)
- Knowledge and skills of PCs and associated software
