International Aggregators Manager

Job Summary
Define and optimize aggregator strategies for international markets to drive sales growth while reinforcing Domino's brand positioning. Provide hands-on support moving initiatives from assessment through execution, advising on balancing growth with long-term sustainability. Identify risks and operational constraints, then partner cross-functionally to address them and support test-and-learn initiatives. Capture market learnings to evolve international best practices, developing scalable frameworks, playbooks, and tools for consistent execution. Prepare materials for structured knowledge-sharing forums and guide markets on platform standards and customer experience expectations. Partner with Digital teams and Business Units to align priorities with commercial objectives, maintaining awareness of industry trends and competitive dynamics. Travel internationally approximately 15–20% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital, eCommerce, consulting, aggregator strategy, or related fields
- QSR, franchisor, or multi-market experience
- Familiarity with third-party aggregator platforms, digital customer journeys, and commercial execution principles
- Ability to use analytics and insights to inform recommendations and support performance improvement
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and markets
- Self-starter with strong ownership, sound judgment, and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to travel internationally (approximately 15–20%)
