Job Summary
Affiliate role delivering high-quality, short-term counseling to corporate employees and dependents on a contractual basis. Manage your own clinical caseload with autonomy over hours and case volumes, using Lyra’s secure platform and tools, and provide evidence-based interventions (CBT, SFBT, ACT) within an EAP context to support mental health, burnout, stress, and related concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Clinical Social Work
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience
- Registered with the local governing body as a psychologist, counsellor or clinical social worker
- Modality: short-term therapy or employee assistance programs (EAP)
