Provide high-quality, short-term counselling to employees and their families facing stress, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, or mild-to-moderate anxiety and depression. Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, SFBT, or ACT tailored to an EAP context while maintaining full autonomy over your practice hours and case volumes. Use Lyra's secure digital platform to manage scheduling, case notes, and global data privacy compliance. Maintain a secure, confidential space with high-speed internet for telehealth video sessions. You must hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Clinical Social Work with at least three years of post-qualification experience and local registration as a psychologist, counsellor, or clinical social worker.
