Job Summary
Guide international prospective students through the enrollment process from application completion to campus arrival, overseeing admissions activities and ensuring strict adherence to SEVP, SEVIS, and state department of education compliance. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, enrollment statistics, and certifications while processing all SEVP student documents and filings timely. Lead a team effectively, cultivate a student-focused admissions culture, and assist in expanding the "One Charis" model. Collaborate with the PDSO, Registrar, and other teams to maintain DSO status and ensure regulatory accuracy. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for conferences, and attend international events.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Must sign the Statement of Faith
- A high school diploma or equivalent education
- Must pass all required checks
- Ability to lead a team that works a flexible schedule at times, as well as attend conferences and events that occur on campus throughout the year, which may occur during evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Charis Bible College student or graduate
- A minimum of one year of administrative experience
- A minimum of one year of customer service
- Previous experience in admissions counseling for Charis Bible College
- Previous work experience with internationals
