Job Summary
Coordinate pre-engagement, day-of logistics, and post-engagement activity for DISA international partner forums and foreign official visits to DISA HQ. Monitor and analyze activities of international organizations to identify strategic engagement opportunities, then record meeting minutes and track action item progress while reporting delays to Government personnel. Maintain the agency database of international visits via designated portal, organize meeting materials, and prepare quarterly and annual reports on international activities. Conduct monthly audits to recommend compliance improvements and archive materials per DISA records management policies. This role supports the International Acquisitions and Engagements Branch in planning and executing Government international acquisition activities for DISA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least three (3) years of experience in Program and Financial Management with cost, schedule, and performance responsibilities
- Familiarity with International Acquisition, Security Assistance, and/or Security Cooperation
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or equivalent applications
- One of the following certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Program Management Security Cooperation Workforce Level II
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
- Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level
