Job Summary
Manage and expand international retail client portfolios by building long-term partnerships and identifying market growth opportunities. Prepare and execute client meetings, represent the company at international trade fairs, and negotiate annual contracts and tenders. Oversee the creation and follow-up of quotes and pricing agreements while collaborating closely with internal teams on quality and production to ensure service delivery. Based in Kapelle, Zeeland, this role involves occasional international travel, including one to two nights per month and attendance at two to three trade fairs annually. The position offers a monthly salary between €5,000 and €6,000 with a variable bonus scheme, 25 vacation days, and a company car and laptop.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk en denkniveau
- Ervaring als Accountmanager binnen retail, FMCG of de foodsector
- Een sterke focus op relatiebeheer en het verder uitbouwen van bestaande klanten
- Strategisch inzicht en ervaring met prijsafspraken en contractonderhandelingen
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Bereidheid om internationaal te reizen en enkele internationale beurzen per jaar te bezoeken
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met private label en langere salestrajecten is een pré
- Duits en/of Frans is een plus
