International Accounting Manager

Job Summary
Lead statutory accounting, audit, and regulatory compliance for international subsidiaries with primary focus on India; own statutory ledgers and local books, ensure adherence to local GAAP and statutory requirements, manage year-end audits, coordinate with Tax, Legal, and external advisors, and drive scalable processes. Partner with Finance Systems to optimize NetSuite multibook design and reporting; strengthen internal controls, document SOPs, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely filings and accurate financial statements.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent
- 6–9+ years of accounting experience
- experience with statutory reporting and audits
- international subsidiary exposure
- NetSuite or multibook ledger experience
- strong Excel and data management skills
- ability to manage external auditors
- cross-functional collaboration skills
