Job Summary
Boeing Poland is hiring an International Accountant to support finance and accounting operations in Poland. The role involves performing journal entries and GL reconciliations, supporting month-end/quarterly/year-end closing, preparing management accounts and variance analysis, tax declarations (VAT, CIT) and statistical reporting, statutory compliance, external audit support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve processes. Requires 5+ years in an international accounting environment, knowledge of Polish local accounting requirements and Polish GAAP (or IFRS where applicable), and proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Blackline) and English/Polish communication. Hybrid work arrangement in Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience in international accounting environment
- Proficient computer skills with MS Office including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
- ERP and accounting systems skills (Oracle, SAP, Blackline, etc)
- Strong written and oral communications in English and Polish
