Job Summary
International Account Manager on a 12-month contract based in Belgium (Zaventem) with hybrid work arrangements, responsible for leading strategies, negotiations, and coordination for Continental Europe retail and buying alliances, including cross-country pricing, stakeholder alignment, and international services agreements; role collaborates with Country Managers, Sales Directors and Finance to drive ROI and long-term relationships across Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in management, marketing, economics or similar experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales in Group Account management within the FMCG
- Fluent in English is a must, French and Dutch are a plus
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong Analytical, synthetic, and innovative mindset
