Job Summary
Translate sales and customer expectations from the Celebrate to work orders, ensuring units are clear of recalls, service bulletins, and warranty issues prior to delivery. Create packets and finalize work orders, including used repair sheets for the "W" drive and service files for new customers. Collaborate daily with the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, and Sales Manager to communicate updates and act as the liaison for all sales-related delivery steps. Review and verify sales order accuracy, maintain the Sold Units Storage Log, and complete tasks in CAMP within 24 hours. Requires excellent written and verbal skills, familiarity with MS Office, and a valid driver's license.
